By Haley Biermann Cane Hill will release Too Far Gone on January 19 via Rise Records. This will be the band's second full album following Smile (2016). "We're excited to announce the release of our new album, Too Far Gone. This is a piece of work that means a lot to us — it's the culmination of our own experiences, the pain, the anger, and the hurt. These are our stories," the band said about the album. Along with the news, the band has also released a new track and video. The video features grotesque nature images, fire, close-ups of the band performing, and of course, a fly. Singer Elijah Witt pointed to the song’s message about relationships. "'Lord of Flies' is just about trusting the wrong person because you want to believe they're something they're not — whether the person convinced you or you were just too dumb to see it,” Witt said. “It's a mistake I've made over and over again, though I learned quickly, I can't trust many." Too Far Gone has been named one the most anticipated albums of 2018 by Alternative Press. It is available for pre-order here. Cane Hill is embarking on a pretty insane North American tour. They will be performing alongside top names in the rock world, including Of Mice & Men, Blessthefall, and Fire From the Gods. Take a look at tour dates below! TOO FAR GONE TRACK LISTING:
