In the latest edition of our Vans Warped Tour 2017 video series, Chris Coutsoukis sits down with Steve Menoian of I Prevail. This is the bands first year on Warped Tour and comes after a recent spark in momentum for the group following the release of their latest album Lifelines, last October.
“Overall, I don’t think we could be any happier with where we are at. This album has taken us to the next level. When we were writing it, we felt like we had something special and there was a lot of optimism in the room, it’s a really exciting time when you’re in that stage and everybody’s excited about the music.”
Touching on at where I Previal is at now and how far the band has come from playing in storage containers, Menoian says the band is “stoked.”
“It’s how the music industry works; the hard work you put in a year ago, projects where you’re at today, and the work you put in today will project where you’re at in a year from now.”
