Disturbed Will Continue Their US Tour Through The Fall.
Tickets just went on sale for Disturbed’s next tour that kicks off on September 23rd in Las Vegas, NV. They are still touring the August 2015 release of their album, Immortalized, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Immortalized features top hits “The Vengeful One” and “The Sound of Silence”. Disturbed first came to fame in 2000 with their most recognized single, “Down with the Sickness”, which is still performed at many of their shows. They have been performing with Breaking Benjamin this summer and are moving right along into this tour. They are scheduled for 13 shows this fall and will be joined by artists Chevelle and Nothing More. Chevelle was previously featured on Disturbed’s live album Music as a Weapon II and they just released their eighth studio album The North Corridor on July 8th. Nothing More made the Billboard Mainstream Rock top ten in 2015 with their songs “Jenny” and “Here’s to the Heartache”. They will be releasing their next album in March 2017.

In just a short 24 hours not only have the nu-metal legends in Disturbed returned to the scene after a four year hiatus, but they have released a brand new music video for their single "The Vengeful One" along with album details for their upcoming sixth studio album, Immortalized. This is the band's latest studio work since 2010's Asylum and is slated for an August 21st release.
It seems the hard rock industry is firing on all fronts as two "New Wave of American Metal" giants Breaking Benjamin and Disturbed have risen from the ashes. Frontman David Draiman comments, “The idea was to leave when we were at our peak, which we were, and to come back when we felt reinvigorated.” According to Loudwire, the band had been writing since the end of 2014 and kept the studio work top secret to the industry. Drayman continues, "For this album, everything was written in the same room,” says Draiman. “It was wonderful experiencing how it used to be back in the day for us. That became apparent in the material, whether it was the passion of the performance, the power being harnessed, or the feelings evoked. We could feel the difference.”
