Grohl has face melted off by fan who can shred.
Austin, TX - There are many truths in the world; "actions speak louder than words" , "material wealth will not make you happy" yada yada, but next time you're seeking self-enlightenment, remind yourself: DAVE GROHL IS SO F*CKING COOL.
The Foo Fighters frontman acknowledged the sign of a fan who was wearing KISS makeup. Grohl then proceeded to invite the Gene Simmons clone on stage. There's absolutely no time to learn names in rock 'n roll as the fan was quickly dubbed "KISS Guy" and the rest is history.
Introduce yourself, "KISS Guy."
My dude came strapped with a pick and wasted no time diving right into the opening riff of 'Money Wrench.' KG is no novice to the rock game. From the head-banging, casual stage prance to spark the "holy crap this guy can actually play?" small talk, to the power stance, KISS guy is not playing.
Watch KISS Guy shred below:
By the end of the almost seven-minute tune, turned jam, KG stole the show and the crowd was chanting "KISS GUY, KISS GUY."
If you've ever seen the Foo Fighters live then you know that stage banter comes naturally to Grohl. The front man has always been able to connect to the audience so effortlessly and on personal , but seeing him experience the same reactions to KG shredding is priceless. After KISS Guys took one solo, Grohl was smiling from cheek to cheek in amazement and awe and forgot the lyrics. Consider his face officially melted.
You may remember the Foo pulling another fan up on stage to perform back in January.
So was it legit or was he planted in the audience? It turns out our mystery rocker is known in the mean streets of Austin, TX. Yayo Sanchez. Either way, this an awesome moment for any music fan. Getting called up on stage to perform with your favorite band? That's what dreams are literally made of.
